The Role, Accountability and Performance (RAP) Framework
21CSI works with clients to plan and to implement performance contracting. Like any organization change effort, attitude, determination and planning are more important to success than technology. Consequently, we recommend that clients start with dialogue about these, and think about automated computer applications to support their performance contracting approaches later in their efforts.
Performance contracting can be implemented as part of an overall systematic approach to talent management. WCI's RAP (Role, Accountability and Performance) framework provides a generalized model for such approaches. This one page schematic describes this framework.
