In 2010, we developed a business plan for developing a recruiting organization based on affinity rewarded, network based candidate referrals. To make it real, we went looking for start up capital.

We could not find it. But as part of the pitch, we build a web site that described the firm and its range of services. These pagesare appear here

In 2012, we tried boot strapping this firm by doing work for start up organizations and innovations organizations needing recruiting. We could never generate sufficient business mass to make it work. Start up organizations have little money. Innovative organizations are often serviced by very un-innovative, risk averse HR groups. We build the website as part of the marketing effort.
